Tapping into what makes maple syrup the “quintessential symbol” of Canada

I came up with this idea shortly after maple syrup season began in Ontario and I wondered what maple syrup producers and experts may have to say to encourage Canadians in their pursuit to support Canadian businesses by learning about and purchasing what some may call the most Canadian product of all.
